Returns and Exchanges
We value the trust of everyone who chooses our unique products for themselves or as gifts. We always strive to ensure that your order brings you nothing but joy and satisfaction.
However, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the buyer has the right to return or exchange a product of good quality within 14 days of purchase (excluding the day of purchase) if the product has not been used, its marketable appearance, packaging, and labels have been preserved, and the document confirming the purchase is available.
However, certain categories of goods are not subject to return or exchange, as provided for by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994 (“On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Protection of Consumer Rights’”).
In particular, the following categories of goods are not eligible for return:
- personal hygiene products (these may include, for example, incense, candles, herbs, teas, essential and aromatic oils);
- items that come into contact with the body (jewelry, amulets, bracelets, etc.);
- printed materials (magic books, Tarot cards, etc.);
- items for personal or ritual use (amulets, figurines, statuettes, pouches, boxes);
- products made from natural materials (e.g., items made with wax, herbs, wood, natural stones);
- items made or charged individually upon request.
Unsealed food products, such as teas, are also non-returnable, even if they have not been consumed.
What should I do if the item is defective?
If you receive an item with a visible defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will definitely find the best solution: exchange, replacement, or refund.
