Tarot de la Nuit is a new creation by the author of the famous Cat Tarot, Carole-Anne Eschenazi. Developed using photomontage techniques, this deck brings fresh meanings and energies to the classic Tarot structure, reimagining both the Major and Minor Arcana.
The cards are rendered in rich twilight-blue tones. The characters’ bright clothing creates a striking contrast against the nocturnal palette, as if glowing within the deep blue darkness. Despite its strong night-time imagery, the deck is far from gloomy. Feminine, enchanting, sometimes gently gothic-romantic, and at times expressing the beauty of free-flowing magical energy, it becomes an ideal choice for practitioners seeking a “dark” deck without occult, black magic, or paranormal overtones.
Strictly based on the Rider–Waite system, Tarot de la Nuit is suitable even for beginners and can easily serve as a first or second deck in one’s collection.
